Returns

Our returns policy covers 7 days. If 7 days has passed since the time of your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We carefully inspect our products before shipment to ensure customers recieve the right product. If you receiving wrong, broken, damaged items or having issues with the product within 7 days (if applicable). Please contact saraqiming@gmail.com with the pictures of the fault. We will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please contact us for the return address. We will assign you the warehouse address nearest to you. When we receive your return, we will contact you about resolving the problem.

 

Conditions

Items directly purchased from Saraqiming can be returned for a full refund or exchanged under the following circumstances:

 1. Missing, Damaged, or Wrong Items.

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. We would do our best to deliver your order in a complete and undamaged condition. If in the unlikely event your order is missing, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us immediately.

 

2. Malfunction or Serious Product Quality Issues.

Please read the Manual first before you set up and use our products. If you encountered malfunction or product quality issues that affect the use of the product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of shipment.

 

*Please Note:

1. Any item that is damaged through customer misuse or is missing parts due to customer tampering cannot be returned or refund.

 

2. In addition, if customers choose the wrong itmes subjectively, we would not provide any return or exchange service.

 

3. We do not take responsibility for customers' wrong product orders and wrong or unverified shipping addresses. Customers have to bear the cost of returning the wrong orders and the reshipping costs due to incorrect, unverified shipping addresses entered at checkout. Wrong orders are subject to 25% restocking fees upon returns.

 

Order Cancellation:

If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within 2 hours of the final payment. Once the order processing starts and sends your package to the shipping carrier, we can’t stop the order. You will receive a full refund if we cancel your order.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the account used for payment within 10 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you still haven't received your refund after 15 business days, first of all, double check your bank account and ensure it is the same one used for purchase.

 

Following this, contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.

 

After performing each of these steps, if you are certain the refund has not be received, please contact us at saraqiming@gmail.com .

 

Return and Refund Procedures

*You must specify in detail the reason for your return request. Any missing or inaccurate information may result in a delay or denial of your request.

 

  1. If your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 3 business days of your request.

 

  1. The products being returned must be returned in the same condition as originally provided to you (for example, free from liquid contamination or other physical damage). The original order ID, original packaging, and original accessories must be included. The items you return must be securely packaged to prevent loss or damage in transit. The original Order ID and your return address should be clearly visible on the outside packaging. Postage must be pre-paid, and you must be able to track and confirm delivery to us. You bear all in-transit risk of loss or damage to the items you return. If you send the products without a valid Order ID prominently displayed on the outside mail packaging, it may be returned to you unopened.

 

  1. Processing refunds under our Return Policy.

 

Refunds will be issued in the currency of your original order. We are not liable for any transaction costs you incur associated with your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Please allow us up to 7 days after we receive your return to proceed your refund.

 

Please note:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are also responsible for any shipping and handling fees associated with shipping Saraqiming products back to us. No reimbursements will be made to you for such costs.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for an identical replacement it, send an email to saraqiming@gmail.com and once confirmed, we will get back you a return address.

 

Note

Saraqiming reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Return Policy at our discretion. Any change to this Policy applies to orders placed after modifications get posted.
